Cancellations for color services and haircuts are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled salon experience. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the service, a fee of 50% of the scheduled cost will apply. This includes same day service reductions (example: Color services that get switched to just haircuts)
PAYMENT POLICY:
We accept all major credit cards and cash. Please note that credit card transactions incur a 3% surcharge. Cash payments are not subject to this fee.
