All services are performed within the time booked. If there is not enough time to complete a requested service, the service may be modified or partially completed. Pricing is discussed prior to service and is based on the service performed. Any discounts or adjustments are considered final.
Redo services are available within 7 days for services paid in full and must be scheduled with the original stylist. Redos are not offered after discounts, partial services, or refunds. If a refund is issued, the service is considered complete and no further services or adjustments are owed.
Ashby Rose Hair reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who does not adhere to salon policies.
