A graduate of VSKI Cosmetology School, Kylie has spent the past four years developing a refined approach to color and creating the elevated results her clients have come to know and trust. She specializes in customized blonding and dimensional color, including bright blondes, beautifully blended highlights, soft lived-in color, and rich dimension tailored to each guest.
Kylie understands that no two blondes should look exactly the same. Ashlyn's one of the talented stylists at Ashby Rose Hair! Born and raised in the Lowcountry, Ashlyn has always had a passion for helping others feel beautiful and confident. After graduating from VSKI Cosmetology in 2022, she turned that passion into a career and has spent the last four years perfecting her craft behind the chair.
Ashlyn specializes in custom blonding and dimensional color, creating everything from bright, high-impact blondes to soft, lived-in color that grows out beautifully. Salon & Social Media Coordinator
Every luxury salon experience begins long before a guest sits in the stylist’s chair, and Audrey plays an essential role in making that experience exceptional at Ashby Rose Hair.
As our Salon Coordinator and Social Media Coordinator, Audrey is one of the friendly faces welcoming our guests and an important part of everything happening behind the scenes. From assisting with appointments and guest communication to supporting our stylists and helping keep each day running smoothly, Audrey brings organization, creativity, warmth, and an incredible attention to detail to our salon.
With a professional background spanning the beauty industry, luxury customer service, salon operations, makeup artistry, and social media, Audrey brings a unique combination of creativity and administrative expertise to her role. She studied Esthetics and Makeup Artistry at Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology and has worked in beauty and retail environments including Ulta Beauty, where she gained extensive experience in makeup artistry, prestige beauty, skincare, product education, and personalized client consultations.
Audrey also came to Ashby Rose Hair with previous salon experience, giving her an understanding of both the guest-facing and operational sides of the beauty industry. Her experience with appointment scheduling, client communication, front desk operations, inventory, stylist support, and guest relations makes her an invaluable part of our team.
Audrey’s talents extend far beyond the front desk.
As our Social Media Coordinator, she helps bring the personality and artistry of Ashby Rose Hair to life online. From creating and scheduling content to photographing and showcasing our stylists’ work, writing captions, highlighting promotions, engaging with our online community, and helping maintain our brand voice, Audrey has a hand in telling the Ashby Rose Hair story every day.
What makes Audrey so special to us, however, isn’t simply everything she can do. It’s how she does it. She is dependable, adaptable, creative, detail-oriented, and always willing to step in wherever she is needed. She genuinely cares about our guests, supports our stylists, and understands that the smallest details can make the biggest difference in someone’s experience.

With more than 20 years of experience in the luxury aesthetics industry, Lauren brings a distinctive combination of leadership, business expertise, and a refined understanding of beauty and client care to Ashby Rose Hair.
Before becoming a salon owner, Lauren spent two decades managing a high-end plastic surgery practice, where she played an integral role in building and growing a multimillion-dollar business. Throughout her career, she developed extensive experience in practice management, marketing, sales, client retention, team development, and creating the exceptional level of service expected within the luxury aesthetics industry.
That experience became the foundation for her vision for Ashby Rose Hair.
Although Lauren is not a hairstylist, she believes deeply in the artistry and expertise of the professionals behind the chair. As owner, her focus is on creating an environment where talented stylists have the education, support, structure, and opportunities they need to build successful careers, while ensuring every guest receives an elevated and highly personalized salon experience.
Lauren is especially passionate about continued education and raising the standard of the salon experience.
